Mineral deposit on teeth is called tartar. With the passage of time, the amount of tartar increases and if you not care, it can cause periodontitis. The obvious way to remove tartar is visiting your dentist, but another option to remove tartar at home.
For this, you’ll need:
– Baking soda
– Hydrogen peroxide
– Sodium chloride or salt
– Dental pick
– Antiseptic mouth wash
Baking soda is one of the well-known and efficient tool for the removal of plaque.
First, mix one tablespoon of baking soda with ½ teaspoon of salt in to the mug. Once you wet the toothbrush with hot water, dip it with the mixture. Scrub teeth with this and spit. Keep on repeating same process for 5 minutes.
Mix a mug full with hydrogen peroxide with ½ cup of hot water and rinse your mouth for one minute, then spit and rinse with ½ cup of cold water.
Rub the yellow tartar from teeth by dental pick. Don’t scrape the gums since it may irritate and hurt them.
